Because we are online you just have to be able to access your computer and the internet and because I don't have to pay for a venue - there won't be an upsell during the mentorship

Rent To Rent is a completely legal and ethical rent to rent business that provides a helpful and valuable service to landlords and tenants, you get insured and registered with a redress scheme to make sure if there are complaints about people have a place to go.
Do your friends run successful and profitable property businesses? If not, then maybe they aren't the ones to listen to. I'd suggest only listening to people that have what you want and have been there and done that.
It's easy for the guy at the pub to say rent to rent is illegal when he's never done it and never done more than sit at his desk at someone else's office every day. There are always nay-sayers - it's figuring out who you are listening to and making sure they are the right people to take advice from.
